February 2012 – Billy Collins has successfully completed an extensive graphics installation training and testing course at 3M Headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota, obtaining the credentials of a professionally accredited 3M Preferred Graphics Installer. This is one of the sign industry’s highest standards of excellence and demonstrates SIGNARAMA’s commitment to provide continuing education for its team members and to provide the highest quality graphics installation capabilities available for its clients. Billy has 5 years experience in graphics installation and has attended various training seminars but none as extensive as the World Class Training and Testing certification program offered through 3M. Billy is now Evansville’s only trained and accredited 3M Preferred Graphics Installer.
