Walter Valiant - angry...
We frequently send out Comment Cards to make sure we’re doing okay. Some of the most important feedback we’ve been given has been negative. It gives us a heads-up on how to better take care of you – and that is vital. If you have ever sent in a negative review to us, please know that we appreciate your thoughts and we strive to continually improve every aspect of our business.
The vast majority of feedback we get is positive and even the negative ones rarely talk about a particular team member. This comment card however, had an impact on Walter that not many have ever witnessed.
