Team Member Spotlight: Stacia Warren – Rubber Stamp Queen

Stacia Warren - Rubber Stamp QueenStacia has been with us for over 11 years! If you have ordered a custom rubber stamp in this millennium, Stacia most likely had a hand in the process of getting it created. Stacia is one of our team members who answers the phone and greets people when they visit our showroom. Every morning, though, she is tasked with the type setting for that day’s batch of rubber stamps.

We still adhere to the 53 year old rule of “in by 11, out by 4″ which founder, Arthur Valiant, insisted upon when he opened Valiant Marking Products in 1957. If you submit a rubber stamp order by 11am, you can come by that afternoon and pick it up. There are, of course, exceptions like trying to order 14,000 self inking stamps… yeah, we’re gonna need a few days for that one. And some rubber stamp styles simply take longer to manufacture but those are quite specialized and rather uncommon.

Need to have your custom rubber stamps shipped all over the United States? No problem, we’ve been doing that for corporate clients for decades. Give Stacia a call (toll free: 800-223-3086) and she can walk you through our process.

If you miss that daily cutoff, have no fear, your stamp will be ready the very next day around 4pm. This speedy service was the hallmark of the founder and today, Stacia makes it a daily reality. Thanks, Stacia.
