What makes a good Site Sign?
- Design – Keep it simple. The #1 mistake we see time and time again is trying to cram too much information onto a sign. If you need some help with the layout of your sign, our professional design team is just a phone call away.
- Materials – What is the expected lifespan of your sign? Will your project take 2 months to complete or will it last 3 years? You need materials that will last for the duration of your project. Commonly used substrates like plywood and MDO will not hold up outside for an extended period of time. We primarly use alumalite and econolite as our substrates of choice for construction site signs.
- Installation – After a month, how does your sign look? Is it leaning? The quality of your sign’s installation affects the perceived quality of your job site. One of the funniest things we’ve seen other sign companies do is go back after a sign starts leaning and try to prop it back upright using shims of various thicknesses. This is a no-win situation and makes you and your property look very bad.
- Consistency – Do the logos on your sign look the same as the logo on your business cards, vehicles, and other signs? Consistency is important in building an easily identifiable brand for your company.
We are pleased to be a leading provider of quality construction site signs. We stand by our products and we look forward to making your jobsite look good. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
